- You must be 18 years or older to subscribe.
- You will be required to enter into an Agreement with us and provide us with a valid major credit card number.
- To receive your Free ETI-2 reader you must agree to subscribe for at least 12 months at $19.95/month (total commitment of $239.40) or one annual term at $199.
- Each month we will offer a selection of books in the featured Book Club area. You may choose any two (2) books. If you do not select two books from the Book Club area before the end of your subscription month (each new subscription month begins on the anniversary date of your original subscription), any unused selections will be automatically rolled over and credited to the next month.
- Subscription credits may only be redeemed for Books from the Book Club area, not for cash or any other form of credit, and remain valid for a period of 12 months from the expiration of your subscription.
- Subscription membership in the Filament Book Club is on a continuous service basis. This means that once you have become a subscribing member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged based on the subscription program (annual or monthly) you have selected. You may “opt out” or cancel at any time after fulfilling your initial subscription commitment.
- Credit card charges will be processed within 24 hours after subscription and on each subsequent anniversary (annual or monthly).
- Subscription prices may be changed by Filament Books at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the then standard renewal price for the period which you originally selected when you subscribed.
- Filament Books will send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Filament Book Club, or of any Filament Books related products and services. You may opt out of this notification service by replying to the electronic mail that was sent with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line. - Should Filament Books decide to suspend the subscription service for any reason other than your breach, it will refund to you the unused portion of your subscription payment, which will be your sole and exclusive remedy upon such a suspension of service.
- Filament Books has the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service at any time. Changes in the Agreement will be posted on this website, or sent via e-mail to you. If any portion or change of the Agreement is unacceptable to you or will cause you to no longer be in compliance with the Agreement, you may cancel your subscription.
- The Subscriber Agreement is governed by the law of the State of California.
